Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, extremely close to public transport and with fantastic food places just outside. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, perfect for a good night's sleep, but being close to the restaurant might be a bit concerning. The service is excellent, especially Plamena who was very pleasant and helpful. The dining experience, although delicious, could offer more choices. Overall, a great value for the money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a terrace overlooking Amsterdam, modern, and had all the facilities I needed. The service was outstanding, with super professional and friendly staff. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and in a nice area. However, the dining was overpriced and limited. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, spacious and modern, with lovely bathrooms and amazing views of Amsterdam. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The location was perfect, close to everything but still in a quiet area. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. Overall, a fantastic stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel room was smaller than expected, not quite as pictured, and the pillows were uncomfortable, which was a bit disappointing since I paid more than I had anticipated. On the positive side, the bathroom was nice, but overall, I wouldn't classify it as a penthouse room or a true 4-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, especially room 607 Large Penthouse Suite, were nicely airconditioned and clean every day, although there was a slight sewer smell upon arrival. The service provided by the Asian reception staff was AMAZING; they were always helpful and had a smile on their faces, even informing us about food items being thrown away by cleaning staff. The location was fantastic, being close to a Lidl, several restaurants, and tram stops, making it accessible to the main shopping areas of Amsterdam. Unfortunately, the dining options were a bit limited, offering mostly typical Dutch fare with slight English influences. However, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again for the value it offers.
The hotel's rooms were quite small but had everything we needed, albeit noisy being on the ground floor. The service was generally friendly and helpful, but there were some instances of staff being uninformed or unavailable. The location was convenient for accessing tram routes, restaurants, and attractions, although not in the bustling city center directly. The dining options were just okay, lacking variety for a 4-star hotel. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy, and I loved the Turkish food nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient tram service. Although the terrace was smaller than expected and the pillows weren't the best, I still had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone for sure.
The hotel had no view, little natural light, and was quite cold in the mornings, with a peculiar window facing a walkway. The service was exceptional, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was not ideal, requiring a tram ride to reach the city center, but there were plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was reported as expensive, with better options across the street. The facilities were basic.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a big shower and bath, and the balcony offered a great view of the Amsterdam skyline. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff fulfilling our requests. The location was perfect, close to the center and easily accessible from Amsterdam Central. The dining options were a bit expensive, but the facilities were great.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with a deep bath and amazing views but can be tiny and noisy due to ground floor location. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a faultless stay, although reception is small. The location, while away from the city center, is in a great area with plenty of cafes and shops. Dining is delicious but limited and served cold in some cases.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit noisy and smaller than expected, were surprisingly spacious. Unfortunately, being on the ground floor meant I couldn't open the window, making the nights uncomfortably hot. The service was a blend of kind gestures like offering an extra blanket and unhelpful encounters with a rude manager. The location was excellent, with easy access to tram stops and vibrant food spots. The dining experience, while fresh and delicious, was somewhat pricey. Overall, the hotel provided a decent experience with room for improvement.
The hotel room was spacious and had a lovely big shower and bath with nice towels and dressing gown. The balcony offered a great view, although the room seemed in need of a refurbishment as it didn't match the pictures. However, the setup with a curtain dividing two areas was convenient for families.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely airconditioned and clean every day, but they felt pretty cold with all that glass and lacked proper isolation. Additionally, the staff seemed unqualified as I had issues with the air conditioning that took days to resolve. The location, however, was great, being close to museums and trolley stops, though slightly out of the way of the main tourist routes.
The hotel room, though deluxe, had only 1 bedside table, and the small shared balcony was misleading for the price paid. The glass-made room had poor isolation, making it cold inside. The staff seemed unqualified, taking days to address basic issues like the air conditioning installation, although the check-in process was smooth and convenient.
Staying in the penthouse suite was quite an experience – until 4 pm one day, the music was playing loudly even though we requested the reception staff to intervene. However, the room itself was comfortable for sleeping.
