Grand Hotel Downtown Amsterdam, Amsterdam

The hotel's rooms were quite small but had everything we needed, albeit noisy being on the ground floor. The service was generally friendly and helpful, but there were some instances of staff being uninformed or unavailable. The location was convenient for accessing tram routes, restaurants, and attractions, although not in the bustling city center directly. The dining options were just okay, lacking variety for a 4-star hotel. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy, and I loved the Turkish food nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient tram service. Although the terrace was smaller than expected and the pillows weren't the best, I still had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone for sure.

Staying in the penthouse suite was quite an experience – until 4 pm one day, the music was playing loudly even though we requested the reception staff to intervene. However, the room itself was comfortable for sleeping.
